Shipping Policy

Kaine ships to the U.S. and International Countries. Please check below for details:

For U.S. Shipping

  • Kaine Inc. offers free ground shipping on all US orders $60 and over (excluding taxes).
  • Orders $60 and over always ship for free without a promotional code.
  • Orders under $60 will incur a delivery charge of $6.95 for ground shipping.
  • Please allow 1-3 days processing time.
  • Shipping Options:
    • Ground: $6.95
    • 2-Day (order by 10 am EST): $12.95
    • Next Day (order by 10 am EST): $24.95
  • Kaine ships to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Kaine cannot ship to U.S. military addresses (APO or FPO), or PO Boxes.
  • Kaine generally ships USPS or UPS with all US orders.
  • Express shipping time is not guaranteed.

Other International Countries

- International shipping cost: Flat rate at US$ 15.00 (flat rate for all countries)
- International shipping method: UPS or DHL Express Shipping

  • Shipping time may vary depending on the region and generally takes 5-10 business days.
  • Delivery may be delayed or interrupted due to circumstances beyond our control such as bad weather, service disruption, custom duties, local customs policies and inspections. Kaine is not responsible in such cases.
  • International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their government.
  • If Kaine is unable to complete your order due to inaccurate or incomplete order information, there will be additional delays in processing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you’ve provided inaccurate or incomplete order information to avoid longer delays.

Tracking Orders

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order is ready to be shipped. To track your order, click on the tracking number in the email or visit “My Account” on our website.

To return a product, please send an email to cs@kaine.com, and we will provide a return authorization and mailing information. Our warehouse does not accept returns. We cannot ensure that we will be able to properly locate and handle your return without the return authorization and the correct return address. We recommend that you send your return or exchange via insured Parcel Post for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery. We're sorry, but shipping fees are nonrefundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so please keep the tracking information for your package in case it is needed.

Once your return is received, please allow up to three business days for your refund to be processed. You will receive a return confirmation email once your refund has been processed; the amount will be posted to your bank account within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment for the amount of the item(s) plus sales tax. If your return has been rejected after inspection, we will notify you via email.

Please note: Only items purchased on kaine.com may be accepted for return. If you purchased your KAINE product at one of our authorized retailers, please contact them for assistance.

Missing or Damaged Packages

If your package was damaged during transit, save the box and merchandise, and notify us immediately at cs@kaine.com.

If the package is not found, notify us within three days of the scanned delivery date at cs@kaine.com. We will start a trace and take the required follow-up steps. This process takes approximately 2-3 business days.

 

 

Return or Refund Policy

At Kaine Inc., your satisfaction is our top priority. We gladly accept returns or exchanges on eligible orders, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Eligible Items: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Opened, worn, used, tampered with, or damaged items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date your order was shipped.
  • Approval Required: All returns require prior email notification and approval from Kaine Inc. Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions via email on how to proceed with your return.

Refund Process

  • Payment Method: If you paid with a credit or debit card, a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) will be issued to your card.
  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your total refund if you choose our return shipping method. If you use your own shipping method, Kaine is not responsible for lost return packages.
  • Non-refundable Fees: Express shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds will only cover standard ground shipping costs.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return. Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to reflect the transaction.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please send an email to cs@kaine.com with your order number. We will provide a return authorization and mailing instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization or to the incorrect address cannot be processed.

  • Shipping Recommendations: We recommend using insured Parcel Post for your return to ensure prompt delivery and protection. Please retain your tracking information as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without it.

Additional Information

  • Refund Timeline: Once your return is received, please allow up to three business days for your refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is complete. The amount will be credited to your original form of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • Rejected Returns: If your return is rejected after inspection, we will notify you via email.
